Boot camp is a 60 minute strength and aerobic workout. The classes are suitable for all levels. During each class the instructor will modify the exercises to accommodate any level.
Monday: Advanced 6:00am
Tuesday: Advanced at 6:00am and Mixed Levels at 6:30pm
Thursday: Advanced at 6:00am and Mixed Levels at 6:30 pm
Saturday: Mixed Levels 8:30am
Sunday: Mixed Levels 9:00 am
